Joye's Update 8/18/08
Andrew had a better day today. His blood pressure was still a bit low, but he's managing it much better now. He was able to go to all of his therapies and classes and we spent a lot of time together on the bridge that goes across the street between the east and west sides of the hospital. The sun was out and it was nice to spend time up there. We prayed together tonight for God's healing and I left somewhat early to begin packing my things for my move to his room which will take place either tomorrow or Wednesday. We are very excited about the move. Please continue to pray for Andrew and most specifically, for him to gain use of his arms . . . and, we thank you for that. Good Night and God Bless. Joye

Hi Andrew and Joye,
I so excited for the move. It's been talked about for quite a while, so I know you are feeling "it's about time." You know... moving in together is a realy big step. :-D hahaha
As I read the update, I could picture you on the walkway. It is just kind of nice there. And compared to Yuma, the greenry goes on forever. Even in the busy hospital, it's just sort of relaxing.
Anthony and I continue our prayers, especially for your arm movement. Every time he and I talk, the first question out of his mouth is how are you doing. And Joye, the second question is how you are doing. So we continue to pray for blood pressure and movement. I know it will happen. In His time.
Well, until next time.
LOTS AND LOTS OF LOVE,
DAWN
Joye and Drew.....it's good to hear that you two got a chance to get out a little bit yesterday, despite the cooler weather. Also good to hear that while his bp is still low, he is doing better.
I continue to pray for you both, and more specifically, for Drews continued recovery and use of his arms.
Take care, and as always, thank you for all the posts you continue to do.
