Joye's Update 8/24/08

We had another pretty quiet day today. We went to church this morning and just hung out together again for most of the day. Andrew has a buddy here (Tony) who invited him to his room tonight to watch some ultimate fighting show. I was very happy not to be involved in all that. These guys are too funny when they're together. They like to ditch class together and then they just end up somewhere asleep in their chairs. Tony is from Hawaii and he was injured in a diving accident and his level of injury is just a little bit lower than Andrew's. We have met a lot of nice people here that we will never forget, that's for sure. God put us in this place and He also put these people in our lives and each one of them has touched us in some way. It's hard to explain . . . but, although I wish this had never happened to Andrew, I do feel quite blessed to have gone through this experience with him. I feel very fortunate to have Andrew as my husband, and my perspective has changed about everything . . . I truly enjoy every moment I share with him. Good Night and God Bless. Joye
